Jane Morgan Management 2 mins read

Canberra, Australia – 28 January 2026 | archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF), a global provider of data-centric security solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, has completed its custom software development work associated with its U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) project announced in October 2025, delivering a production-ready solution tailored to the Department’s mission-specific requirements.

The project was initiated to deliver key mission-specific capability enhancements for its NC Protect product and support progression toward a broader enterprise licensing arrangement with the U.S. DoD. archTIS has confirmed that all development objectives have been met and delivered in line with the scope outlined in the original announcement.

Commenting on the milestone, Kurt A. Mueffelmann, Chief Strategy Officer and U.S. President, stated: “This milestone demonstrates archTIS’ ability to execute against U.S. DoD requirements and convert contracted development activities into production-ready capabilities. It also opens opportunities for collaboration with other coalition alliances and countries facing similar challenges.”

One remaining activity relates to a third-party integration component that requires direct input and enablement from an external provider. This final component is on track for completion by the first week of February, with acceptance criteria agreed and timing confirmed by all parties.

The completed milestone supports continued engagement with the U.S. DoD and aligns with archTIS’ strategic objectives to progress toward a larger-scale enterprise licensing opportunity. The Company continues to engage constructively with relevant stakeholders as discussions advance.

archTIS will provide further updates to the market as appropriate.
